Since you run an exhaust shop, I have a question for you. After switching from Flowmasters to Magnaflows, I still have a "flutter/ticking sound" that sounds like it's coming from the motor.
Good way to check if its the headers/manifolds leaking, is to take a hose and put it near the ports, and put your ear near the other end... If its them, you should hear it alot better... also check the part where the manifolds and exhaust come together... they may be leaking...
