lightning colors
are these the factory options for colors on 2nd gen Ls??

99 - silver
\ red
/ black
00 - white
\ red
why did they nix silver? thats the best color!
what are the factory colors offered in 01?

*** i think ford's intentions to make it stand out more are a good try, but those clear tailights suck...if i got a 01 L i would replace with 99 or 00 lights asap.

The colors you show are not exactly right.
1999 - Red, White and Black
2000 - Red, White, Black and Silver
2001 - Red, White, Black and Silver
If you get a '01, I'll be more than happy to swap out the lights from my '00.

lol, i wish i was getting a new L.....for now i'll stick with my 93 5.0.
when i graduate school in 02, i am planning on getting either a new cobra, gt, or L...we will see!
PS: if u want to swap tailights, that is a great idea to save $$$ and make each party happy.....some guy named MARCUS on here, i think his name is 99blksvt or something, just ordered a 01 and he wants the older tailights.....look him up!

I said the tail lights on the Red were ugly looking. But I'm sure that on the Black they will look a whole lot better. And if not, then I will get clear tail lights. But I have to see them first.
