Purchase Prices
Hi, I have been lurking here for a while but now intend to purchase a Lightning.
First of all, The used ones seem to be almost the same as a new one. To anybody that has bought one recently what price can I expect to pay for a 1999, 2000 and also a new 2001. Any discounts from the dealers?
Any advice would be appreciated. Also if used what should I look out for?

I can't tell you much about the 1999's or 2000's , but I put my deposite down on a 2001, and will be paying MSRP. Most dealers will mark it up between, $500-$5,000! Good thing about buying the 2001, I will be able to break it in correctly, I will be the only sole driver of it, and HOPEFULLY the front end clunk, and the intercooler will be fixed.
