I'm looking for one of these also. Where did you buy yours? That's a great price also.

Hey Rob, Just a thought about Sal's comment on the "non snow rated top" and I had a quick idea, if you pick up say 4 nylon 25 foot tie down straps with comealongs at each end you could very easy run them from front to back between the open trusswork to create more support eliminating alot of the tent sag that might cause a failure.

Man this thing is cool, and for 200.00 you cant go wrong, WOO HOO !!!!
Thanks for the Idea V (Thumbs Up)
Hey Rob ! what Sal said ditto also it would be a good idea to anchor it good cause the wind will raise it up and over as I found out. I sprayed some veggie oil on roof to aide in snow sliding off along with a long handle push broom to tap inside of roof when it got heavy. goodluck!

Sharper than Vinnie

Unfortunately it seems we have to wait an extra month for Rob to teach you a lesson my Friend

As for the Portable Garage ya man call it as you wish but WOW it's great....
Yesterday the weather changed from the teens and 20's we've been having the last few weeks and it hit 50 degrees, WOO HOO, so out it came in the afternoon and back to work it went with me, a little after work driving around
(was still 48 degrees) and then I tucked it away as clean and mint as it was 2 weeks ago when I detailed it I got you covered Mike

Thanks All

We will see my friend

I have beat faster vehicals than mine before, and I predict I can do it at least one more time.

Well off to get the new tires installed, I just got a call from the tire shop, and they are here

That sounded like a callout.
You may have to start a new thread for that one.

Hehe
well if it sounds like it, I guess it is.

Rob and Gator have been having a little rivallry for the past few years. And I just love to goof on both of them. While this was all going on neither of them had a truck that could keep up with mine, so I liked busting both of them. Now know both of them have trucks faster than mine, but neither of them have ever beat me at the track.

I went up against Gators 10 second Monster at FFW this past summer,(driven by Jim@JDM) and since it has no roll bar, Jim had to let off at the end of the track. So whooooo hoooooo I beat Gators truck in that race. Rob doesn't have many runs at a drag strip, he has never raced a really fast truck, and it is going to take him a while to get used to how to launch one of these beasts.

While I have hundreds of passes in a 10 second truck, and other fast vehicals, so it is 2nd nature to me. So while Rob00 is getting used to his new truck, I will be making consistant fast passes in my truck.

So as Rob says
WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

I'm going to have to talk Sharpshooter into a road trip and come up and watch all of you guys run these trucks. Maybe JDM Day would be a great time to come.

Well I am sure you will catch me at some point, but don't rush things. Learn how to launch the truck, after all I want to see you and your truck for years to come.

Rob, I think the idea of making concrete shoes for the legs of that canopy is right up your alley......that is how Tony Soprano would do it

Also did some posts get deleted from this thread??????
