They were great to me as well. My cover developed a crack right near the retaining clips (long story as to why). I've had the cover since I bought my truck in July 04, I called and within days they gave me a new one with the upgraded locks and lights for no charge.

Had I not modified the underside of mine with Bedrug material I would see if they would replace mine due to the discolored area where the "Undercover" emblem used to be. It would be too much trouble to have to modify another cover again though!

 

A few freinds of mine have them as well and they are a awesome product.

 

Thanks for the info Tim(and others). Just now retiring and my DW and I may do some traveling in our L and she's complained about no secure place or room for luggage, etc. That cover surely looks worthy.
