Hey guys, I'm new to this site. Well I've been planning on picking up an 2002-2004 lightning. And I'm wondering if there's anything I need to worry about, or know about this truck before, and after I buy mine. Also about the recalls that ford has had out for these. How would I be able to know if it has been in the shop already?

Most guys will be upfront on mods and repairs.

 

get an 03-04 if you can. Most agressive tunes from the factory, 8 thread spark plug holes (instead of 4 like on 99-02s). Check out nloc.net also there's some very good FAQ's and resources here and there. Far and above the best vehicle i've ever owned... that is if you can deal with horrible gas mileage/premium only...
