Has anyone replaced the factory Class III hitch with a hidden hitch? This would allow the receiver to be hidden behid the rear license plate, until needed.
Now that my L is lowered in the back, the hitch seems out of place, too low and way too ugly.

Eight bolts and it's off. Less weight and clean look. Will reinstall if I have to tow the boat into town for service(hope not) but will probably talk a friend into doing it with a "bigger truck".
