Do you have a can tune or a tuners tune?
Did you set the TPS when you changed the throttle body?

If I had to guess (providing everything is hooked up right) I say the Maf....

1- You should notice a HUGE difference
2- If it's running rough something is wrong
3- .040 is awfully big for that boost level (could be a problem in itself)

As Al stated the first thing to discuss here is "who tuned it" and was it tuned for the Maf Change ? (Maf change ='s mandatory change to your tune)

Adding pullys even a Ported Eaton even coils and plugs and even a diff intake WOULD NOT make your truck run bad or slower (even without a tune change)

As for the roughness that clearly tells me right off the bat something is wrong. I would try a few things like checking each and every vac line you touched, each and every plug and connection you touched, and then even consider starting the truck and pulling a coil connection at a time to see if you can find a specific cylinder not firing. Maybe a coil or plug is bad, maybe a coil is unplugged, maybe an Injector is upplugged, maybe a vac line is unplugged or wrong, maybe the bypass was done wrong, there is much to check.....

Either way personally I think .040 is too big and you may experience spark blow out (which will cause the truck to run rough) been there done that and at less than a .040 gap

Good Luck and please let us know how you make out

(btw, try swapping back to the original maf a second and see what happens......)

WOW did you instsall all that stuff at ONCE !?!?

It's gonna be really hard to track down the problem with all those changes.

regap the plugs to .035, or better yet get some NGK TR6, or denso IT22 plugs.

call your tuner who you purchased the SCT from, hopefully it wasnt from ebay.

check all your vaccum hoses for leaks.

put the old 80mm mass air on just to see what happens.

make sure you throttle posistion sensor reads near .99 volts with the throttle closed.

When you modify a vehicle you should do one thing at a time. that way if something isn't right, you can track it down. A ported blower will cause you to loose torque below 3500rpms (up to 40ft/lbs) but your pulleys should compensate and what you end up with in terms of torque is no better than stock.

No offence but it really seems that you don't know where you're going with your mods and you admit to not knowing what you're doing.

Before modding, it is better to research and understand. Throwing *sh*it* at the wall and hoping it will stick is not the right approach.

The first thing I would do is put in a set of NKG TR-6's and put the OEM coil pacs back on as this is the cause of many issues, from there I'd get the truck on a dyno to see where our at fuel wise and speak to your tuner to see where your timing is, minus any vac leaks or BS install issues my guess is this will take care of your problems. Good luck, T

As a side thought your tune was set up for the new MAF, correct?

You made a lot of changes at the same time - and as others have noted, it's not possible to tell which one(s) are causing your problems. Assuming your trucck ran fine before, I would suggest you take yuour time and go back and review every individual change you made, one by one, until you're sure that everything is properly installed and hooked up. You had to release several vacuum lines etc in doing all this - and perhaps one didn't get hooked back up or improperly hooked back up or an injector line is loose, etc. As others noted, when installing the Accufab, you need to check your TPS voltage - do a "search" on here for "how to's." With the pulleys you installed and the ported blower - .040 gap on your plugs would normally be excessive (most with the pulleys you installed and ported blower would be using around .032 - .036) - however I'm not familiar with running "Brisk" plugs so maybe thats whats recommended for them.

And if you need to make sure your "tune" is the right one for all the changes you've made - including the 4:10 gearing. I would suggest "you" talk to the person you got the tune from and make sure they understand "exactly" all the changes you've made - there's a good chance they could enlighten you quickly.

I also agree with Rob, while I've never run brisk plugs a .40 gap does seem wide.
