Well it started like this.

Then it looked like this.

Seriously, I dynamatted the entire interior. Makes a world of difference. No more engine or road noise(supercharger still can be heard, thank goodness).

Here's the link on the install. https://www.f150online.com/f150board...ML/001604.html

Good Luck.

Maybe 20 lbs. total. Just a guess though.

pawn:

I got up under as far as I could without removing the dash.

I'll be removing the trim pieces again and spraying the insides soon.

TampaBay,

Did you spray the undercoating on the inside of the cab or under the chassis? I am guessing the latter as the fumes would be pretty tough to take for a while!

Jake:

The rubberized coating was applied to the interior over the layers of dynamat. You're right about the odor. It did linger for a couple of days. After that, it was gone.

Blue:

The speakers are 10". The box is made by MTX and looks like it came from Ford that way... Bass is excellent, but new 10" are in order. I'm thinking Polk Momo's or Infinity Perfects.. Don't know yet.
Amp. is 500w. 5-channel. One 100w channel is dedicated just to the subs. Have to turn bass gain almost all the way down.

Soundproofing really makes for a quality sound experience.
