Post Can anyone help me? This SUCKS!!!

I went out after work to take out my chip. I need to take the L in for the intercooler leak. I disconnected the battery and removed the computer, took the chip out, and re-installed the computer (I've done this at least ten time without a hitch). Now the truck has a load of problems!!! No boost, no A/C, service engine soon light, oil light, and no temp gauge. I took it apart and put it together three times, no difference. I put the chip back in... same crap. Now what do I do? Any ideas?

Thanks, Jerry

Why did you remove the whole computer to get the chip out? All you need to do is reach under the dash pull the chip out. You might have bent 1 or more pins on the firewall connector. I would remove & inspect. Lloyd

The only thing fixable I can think of is you may have bent one of the pins or broke one of in the harnass where it would be difficult to see.

Thanks! It was a pin on the pcm that got over and in the same hole as the pin next to it(two pins in one hole). This was not easy to see.
LS, the reason for pulling the pcm was because the PSP installs inside the box.

Thanks, Jerry
