Speedo is Off. Is This Covered under Warantee?

Speedo is Off. Is This Covered under Warantee?
My speedometer is off by apprx. 5mph. I did a search & a few mentioned their speedo was also off by the same.(Going 20, but speedo say 25). Would the dealer fix it at no charge? If so, would I have to bring it to the place I bought, or any SVT dealership?
The one I purchased at is 3 hrs way.

It should be covered under warranty as long as your not out of it.
Any Ford,Lincoln Mercury dealer in the U.S. can work on our Ls except for the blower. That's what my local dealer(not a SVT dealer) that works on my L told me.
