Performance Shop around El Paso, Tx?

Hey Guys,

I just moved to Las Cruces, NM which is about an hour out of El Paso, TX and I'm looking for a good shop that can do custom tunes for my '03 Lightning.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Tony

Hey,

You might want to ask here

Or for Lightning specific stuff in NM look here

Thanks for the links, any other ideas? A shop within four hours would be great!

oh yeah ! Texas Hot Rods in El Paso TX, they specialize in mustang high performance but they do all FORD engine performance 915-449-6224 on Carnegie St. (East El Paso) ask for Brian Metzger (owner) tell him that Rick with the white Cobra sent you his way They also have an in house dyno and a SCT programming chip certified technician, They got a lightining to run low to mid 12's on bolt ons and tuning alone. In El Paso 12's is a big deal for a truck. (sea level)

I have not seen any Lightning run 12's here in EPT. Who owns it and what color is it? I'd like to see it run. Altitude here is 3700+ with DA's running in the high 7000 ft range.

I would ask about shops on this local El Paso forum www.southwestdrags.com

I'm not going to recommend anyone in town to you because I have not dealt with any of them personally since I get my tunes from JL, but I would HIGHLY recommend you ask about the shops in the forum I mentioned above before you spend ANY money.
