Amen! As compared to Mike Troyer, who just called me at work (I left him no message nor asked for a call - he did it on his own - picture brand x doing that or even being available) to express his concern about some comments made about a burble whilst running a fixed throttle. He, and Superchips are concerned as always. The other guy is mister invisible. Mike has already contacted engineering, and if it proves to be a chip problem, they will be right on top of it. THAT, is the way to do business - not in absentia.

You're willing to accept equal or lesser quality products to appease your impatience and yet you continue to whine. Must be a shim 'otta place. Move on.

Cool

Having owned both Superchips and Sal's chips, I've got to say there is no comparison. For me, Sal was MORE responsive to technical questions and his chip quickly solved problems that it took Supercraps MONTHS to solve (if ever. I got tired of waiting).

Mike Troyer is a nice guy and is more available than Sal, but if you have a problem that needs more than a simple re-flash, he'll refer you to Superchips for a costly custom program.

yup I'm with you guys. I'm happy with Sals stuff. But I guess I would be a little pissed if I had never gotten it.

O.K., time to lighten up

I'm as impatient as anyone...needed a new chip because of new computer..don't like running 7 tenths off time, However, most of us are only one natural disaster away from being homeless. Just hope I don't ever have to go through something like Sal did.
