Bob, Did you get your intercooler and associated parts replaced?
Did you get to see the parts off your truck?
Notice photo BA took of High Risk Supercharger Blades.

Wink

Jim,
Bob used a vacuun cleaner on the intercooler. Not sure if he used an upright or canister.

Jim,

Looked at my intercooler and plugs, wasn't aware of rotor coating problem until this morning. My truck is still not done, waiting on a gasket between the upper intake and the blower. I didn't notice any rotor coating material on top of the intercooler, which I examined pretty well. Maybe I can still get a look at the old blower tonight, they put a new one on already and are supposed to return the old one. They took 12E plugs (non-platinum) out and put new 12E's in. They are also replacing my fog lights (1 cracked, the other full of moisture) and spare tire hoist under warranty. At this point I'm glad I opted for the extended warranty. It looks like I might need it for at least one more, maybe two more intercooler/blower exchanges.
I hope to get truck back sometime this week. The clutch for the Cobra is supposed to arrive today, so I should have something to race by the end of the week.

Gotta go,

Lightning Bob
