Red face Need Filter Dimensions for Airaid Box!

What is the diameter of the filter to fit an Airaid Box? Also how long should it be? I am ordering the Autophysics fiter (like Speedin Bob has shown pics of). Thanks.

The filter you need is a 3.5 x 10 bigmouth.Have one on mine and works great and looks better than stock airbox.

Cool

Well I have a Pro-M80, in my Airaid filter box. Yeah I was told it couldn't be done, but, I did it. And it does seem to rev ALOT faster with the Pro-M. Just wish I could comment on the chip I installed.......

Fast Gator,
Did you have to modify anything to get the Pro M to fit?

Thanks

99 SVT Bolt, The Pro-M and the Airaid have two completly different air filters. So what I did was scribe the OD of the Pro-M on to the back of the Airaid box. Then using a small hand grinder, open the orginal air intake by 1 1/4 inches all away. Then instead of splicing the wires on the ACT, I drilled a 15/32 inch hole, and using a small flat file, filed two slots opposite each other. Then touched up with some black spray paint. Two hours tops. Now I have the best of both worlds, Pro-M performance and the Airaid box to shrould the engine heat out of the air charge. And with the Swanson chip, "Works for me!" Later

One thing I forgot, I expoxyed a new statehood quarter over the hole on the end of the K&N filter that came with the Pro-M.
