The F652 prefix is definitely not a good number.

On my 2000 CV, the struts are F8AB, but that's the engineering number, not the the part number. The part number is probably F8AZ, but that's just a guess from when I worked at the dealer.

Entering the revised prefix brought up the part. Price is as above. The part # above is superseded; new part number is 6W7Z16C826A.

Good info here, as I have been fighting keeping my Cervini hood up for years.
I've decided to change the appearance of my truck and change hoods/grills now though

HI!... Sorry for the mystery guys, but I triple checked the part # and the one I gave is the exact one typed onto my receipt for the CROWN VIC gast struts. ??????????? They were bought about 2 years ago though. Mabey FORDs restructured their part # system?????? Plus I'm in CANADA if that matters.
