Hey Guys,
They said no reserved pit spots. But Norwalks pits are a half mile long. I think we could all bunch up in the back in one spot.
Any body get the scoop on hotels yet? I think if we all want to stay in one spot we should get a reservation in.
I'll probably be heading over Friday some time. Want to be well rested (no snoozing this time). Maybe some test and tune Fri. night and a few cold one with the East coast guys.

Hey kids,

I have some Milan/Norwalk hotel info. I will post specifics on rates/amenities as soon as I get them.

Please e-mail me at gmclachl@mediaone.net if you want to stay at the "group" hotel/motel.

I will try to get a group discount based on that response. If you want to share a room, or have spouse/children coming let me know.

I'm going to look for a moderately priced, decent place, as I don't want to disgust any wives or girlfriends who may be coming. Let me know if there are any amenities you require (like a pool, restaurant, etc).

Gordon

Here is the hotel info I have.

I have received only two responses from you folks, so I can't even start to get a group reservation together. Looks like everyone for themselves.

It doesn't really matter to me. Did Spirro or Johnny L make any reservation yet? I thought they said they were coming in Thursday. Comfort Inn is fine with me unless some one has a better plan.
Any suggestions?

No, I'll still be there but I missed posted.

I will be arriving early on Saturday. My reservation reflet the correct time, just typed da wrong day.

Went to Sam's Club and picked my up an EZ-UP tent for the trip and others to follow... The Mrs. gave me a "What the %^&&* you doing" look.... So I bought her a fold up lounger....so we can both Kick IT on another trip. She is-a-stayin-a-home-a.

Gordon,

....just not going there

Cool

Hey everyone - I've got Friday and Monday off so I'll definitely be there. I have a fairly large (3ft. x 12/15ft) SVT Motorsports banner, plus various checkered flag stringers, that we can use to help designate an area for Bolts. I don't have any stanchions/poles to tie them to but I'll come up with something. The strobe lights and entertainment will have to be someone elses responsibility. Looking forward to putting some faces to the names!!

Chuck
