Arrow Renting a shock dyno

In my quest for the ultimate handling setup... I will be renting time on a shock dyno.

I will be testing the stock L shocks and Roush shocks (GP Kart's shocks).

If anyone would like me to test any other shocks, please let me know... (and how I can get my hands on them.)

Try to find some adjustable racing shocks to test. I've been wanting to move to an adjustable setup for some time now but wasnt sure if the rebound characteristics were right.

I'll look tonight and try to find a list, but I know Rancho makes 4x4 adjustables that would be cool on our trucks if they had the right properties. Koni also makes some for cars but I dont know if they are able to handle the L's weight.

Well my Konis are still in the process of being built. If they are ready in time, I'll send them to you to try out. They are so far one off adjustable for my lowered L, so they might and might not fit. (I have a 3/4 drop)

Nathan: I could not find any adjustable shocks that would work on the L... let me know what you find.

Floyd91: How did you get Koni to build you custom shocks? Are they truck shocks or modified car shocks? more info please!

A friend of mine owns an import shop and has connections across the world, one of them was koni. I expressed to him that I needed shocks after lowering my truck and he rattled off a few brands, that were basically for imports. He said hed check into it and I talked to him a day later and he had called tokico and koni, both were interested in making me shocks. I decided to go with koni for names sake. All they needed were a few measurements and they were off. They should be done anytime now. These are being built one off, this is the only pair to date. They are being madew exclusively (sp) for my application, and yes they are adjustable

Anyway, I wont get to the shock dyno place for a week or two... so i could wait for your shocks, if you want me to.

They are not drag shocks. They are normal everyday (high performance?) shocks. I still have yet to hear back about them
