new lightning owner,first post.
hey guy's,just bought a 00 black lightning,2 weeks ago,ive put 800 mile's on it so far,and i love it,i sold a 1999 Z28,so i could buy one,the Z was a nice and fast car 12.33 at 111,on n20,but after i drove the L,something came over me,and had to buy one.but i do have some noises,front end clunk,and a slight diesel noise at startup,i have read the other post about these promblems,and i will be taking it to the dealer next week,to see what i can get done,the truck runs real strong,and a joy to drive,i just want these promblems solved,i will keep you posted. ttyl newsvt.

You'll soon find out your L is a truely awsome truck, in a class of its own. There should soon be a TSB for the clunk thing. Chip and filter it and get a .5 quicker truck. On NOS, HIGH RISK squeezed an 11.99 out of his at Norwalk.
