Thumbs up Thanks to JDM for a GREAT DAY!!

Well just got back from JDM day at Raceway Park. It was a great day, good racing and weather. The Jim and the JDM Team did an outstanding job. Was my first time there and I'll be looking foward to the next time. Also they gained another fan and future customer! Thanks Again Artie

Amen to that!
That 8sec Gen 1 was totally off the chain!

It was nice to put some faces to the screenames.
And it also makes me really want to build a 10sec street truck!

I think Jim is an evil man though!
He's like a crack dealer, giving everyone who showed up today a little taste on how fast he can make a truck go.

I see some major mods going to happen this winter to my truck.
Thanks Jim, my credit card is already screaming at me to blow it up on go fast parts!

Here's a few shots from today.

My Truck couldn't bust into the 12's today for some reason. I came real close, and i've been in the high 12's before...and that was with a full weight of 4975lbs.

I think the street tire lane wasn't that good today.
I wasn't getting the amount of heat needed to warm up my 555r's, but overall, it was still a good day!

I forgot to mention what i noticed..
Not one Lightning broke today!

I think one Mustang grenaded in the burnout box, and that Dan Gurney car (forgot to take a pic of it..) toasted a head gasket midtrack.

The only Lightning incident was when one guy's lightning dumped a bunch of sand on the track.

I think he uses his track to move concrete during the week, and he had some leftover in the bed that found it's way on the track! lmao!

I had a GREAT time today...My truck ran great on my new set-up...We got to see Ralph run a new best ET with his wicked-fast gen.1.....They put out a great spread for lunch...I can't wait 'til next year.

A BIG thanks to Jim & the whole crew from JDM for putting together a great day.

...by the way...I am one of those "crack-heads" that just got a little "fix" and now I need more...now what else can I do over the winter? I think I'm addicted.

Yes a HUGE Thanks To Jim Jim Julie Sean and EVERYONE from JDM
As usual we were all treated as family, giving a meal only Mama good cook, and the weather couldnt have been better.
It was really awesome seeing everyone and I had a great day and time
THANK YOU JDM

Drove my stang down and raced it for the first time ever, (and 1st time ever at the track with a stick) No Prep work AT ALL, no slicks, no race fuel, no race tune, no NOTHING. I just wanted to see it go down the track, I cant go for a number until I get a new clutch so I lauched it at 2500 RPM and the SOB ran a 12.75 @114 in 101% street trim with a crappy a$$ 1.9 60ft
WOO HOO A couple of more passes and low 12's are in the bag...

THANKS EVERYONE....

AND RALPH THAT WAS FRIGGING AWESOME (9) THUMBS UP...... and a HUGE CONGRATS!!!

Smile

When I changed to JDM tunes, I ran my fastest times with a safe tune, not on the edge, like some other tuners.

JDM and gang are great peeps..

How was the 60 foot times on these M&H slicks, I'm thinking about trying them, What are his mods? What tire pressure works best? Did you use tubes?

Thank's

Anyone at JDM for tomorrows Dyno Day will get to see my pics there first. I have to go backup and edit 3 gigs worth of photos first. I'll start posting up the pics soon.
