Question Problem with the 99s??

Is there some sort of problem with the 99 L's??? I've recently noticed LOTS of them being marked for sale at various dealers, and by private sellers?? I'm in the market to buy a L and was looking at the 1999's but should I go with a 2000 or 2001??? Besides the ever famous clunk, and the intercooler leak, is there has any of your trucks given you problems???

I suspect that people are planning to buy 2001's and are selling while the price is high!

I'm keeping my '99.

Besides the "clunk" the only other problem I've had with my 99, is keeping gas in the tank. I've be thinking of buying a LARGE burial plot so I can be buried in mine.

Cool

My 99 is for sale.. I think it's probably even sold.. nothing wrong with them, just people like me like to drive something different... and I have a 2001 on order anyway, I just hope they make yellow.

Cool

Yeah, mine likes insects. They really blow up good when you hit them at 100+.
