Do I get first dibbs?

If I do, I might be able to get them off your hands in the midle of October. Email me a price, and I'll do some research, this here is a hobby I am beginning to enjoy. One thing, I hope they are for 16 in. rims, I do not want to do any brake mods.

I'm running the 11.5 ET Streets on ford 7-8", whatever they are, spare tire rims, and they are great. While my top speed is down (due to the 26" diameter of the ETs vs 28.5 for the F1s) my 1/8 mile ets improved once I learned to launch at an rpm that DID NOT spin the tires, generally between 800& 1000. Higher RPM may sound & feel impressive, but if you spin the tires, you don't gain you loose.

Hey IB,
We've found the best pressure to be 18 psi. You will notice after each of your first three runs it goes up to 20. Lower it three times to 18 and then don't lower it anymore unless you have a compressor to raise it back up if you have to sit for awhile and the tires cool. You're not really letting out 6 pounds as the tires are hot. We've tried higher and lower psi and found 18 to be the best.

thanks for the tips guys iv,e managed to go from 13.7 down to normal e/t 13.502 and finally 13.4s. i was trying to imitate john force at the box hitting the rev limiter a few times. i hope to get high 13.3s with more practice as most posts show about 1.5 tenths or so gains with the m/t e/t streets. i will not be selling the tires but do recommend them. it,s a long trip from 13.9 stock to high 12s,even longer for us rookies.later

glad you had an improved session with your tires. One thing we didn't talk about was burn out. These tires don't need massive burnouts to stick. If they wouldn't spray water on the groove, I would only spin enough to toss the rocks off.
Beware of high rpm during burnout. Several have lost boost after a high rpm burnout. I make it a point to keep the rpm under 3k. Once it graps, I stop, shift to netrual, rev a couple of times (under 3K) to move the fluid in the tranny, and then shift to drive and creep up to the lites.
