ok I might have missed it, tried the search -nothing-, but has anyone found out about the new front & rear lights??? where can we order them, hoe much, are they HID's???? any info would be great!!!!!

Yoda, I don't know bout '01 availability, but I did speak to Roger here at the online store about the clears that he is working on.

Supposedly they should be available soon, but if the '01 is going to available before Roger is offering them, I'll have to order them if they will fit '99.
We'll see..........

 

I dont see why they wouldnt fit. Unless its something electrical right?

SetOne, unless there is some subtle change to the GOR or the fender sheet metal, they indeed should fit. I can't wait to find out though!

 

Over at Blue oval news thay have an artists rendering of the 2001 lightning it will have a different front end on it then the current lightnings, actually they have that photo here on F150 online upper right hand corner of home page.

 

When someone first posted the picture it looked to me aa if only the lower air dam was different to hold bigger fogs and the top half of the grille was stock f-150. Idont see why or how they would change any of the sheetmetal work of the stock f150 flareside body...hardly seems worth it for only 6000 trucks. Even our exterior are all just parts anyone can bolt on or change. Just my opinion though. I really like the new headlights and corners.
