Dropping ETs ( need Help)

When I bought my 2000L it had an aftermarket Catback and the rest of the Truck was totally stock. I took it to the track and ran an 8.7 in the 1/8 and 13.66 at 100.3 in the 1/4. i dont remember the rest of the numbers.
I got decent traction and the temperature was around 90.
Recently I installed the following:
6# pulley
90mm MAF
aftermarket Aircharger system
custom tune ( Lightning Force Performance)
SCT excaliber programmer

I went back to the track and ran the following:
60' 2.1
330 5.8
1/8 9.0
MPH 78.4
1000 11.7
1/4 14.05
MPH 97.41

The temperature was 64 degrees.
I didnt get as good of traction, but i didnt think it would mmake that much difference. The truck feels faster, but maybe its just wishfull thinking of getting into the 12s. Any ideas of what to check would be helpfull.
I think I should be running high 12s.

12's should be near, if not already there.
Your 60 ft is hurting your ET. Although I have seen many 2.0-2.1 60fts. equate to a high 12 second ET.
I suggest you get your truck to a dyno and get it custom tuned. I am assuming you are running a tune that was not custom written for your trucks mods. And even if it was custom tuned per say, you still need some data logging and or dyno time to tweak the tuning...Good luck..

The programming was done for all of the Mods when I purchased the
parts from LFP. although I know that doesnt mean it is right.
I Know Drag tires would help, but I still think I should not be running this bad.
I am in Ohio, does anyone know a good place in the tri state that would be a good dyno tuner?
I thought maybe the Converter was not locking up good since it is running about 12 or 13 MPH slower than it should.

Your trap speed is less than a stock 2000. That means you are not making hp, or something else is wrong. Something is definitely not right on your truck.

It definately feels way stronger in first going into second.
So I think I must be losing something after that.
I will take it to a Tuner if I knew of one in Ohio, or even Michigan.

Somethings wrong, 14's?, you should be in the 12's no problem, I'd start on the dyno to nail down whats going on-my guess, the tune isn't right.

take marc up on that. he will help you figure it out even with a 2.1 60ft you should be @ 80+ mph in the 1/8th, probably around 83-84 in decent weather. what plugs, what gap? clean fuel filter? how many miles on truck? what are details of your tune? you need to put it on a dyno after all the basics have been checked.

have your tune checked, and dyno the truck and then get a set of DR's- once you get things figured out you will need them.

good luck

You claim you spun your tires but not that much, wisdom says with slicks if you turn your tires one full turn you lost 1/10th of a second. one car length, a loss of 25lbs equals 1/10th faster et. ect... just food for thought.

Where do you live? If in Michigan Id try Alternative Auto to have it tuned. Lidio does really nice work.
