Bad E.T. :(
TampaBayLightning..
I am not new to the 1/4 I have a 74 chev pickup that runs 10s I have been racing for 14 years at Ennis and other area tracks. I just would have Expected my L to do better than low 14's. And it just got worse after that .

I would not have thought it would do better if I had not just made a pass in my wifes 99 T/A and ran a 13.6 and all I have done to her car is a K&N cold air induction Borlas and reprogramed the Puter... Kinda put a dent in my night after I told her my new "Pull the race truck" Truck would out run her old "use to be mine" rag of a T/A.. Now ya know why I was not really happy with the time I ran..

If you bracket race another vehicle with exactly the same dial in and you both run exactly the same time say 13.75 and the same top speed and the reaction time of driver A is .55 and the reaction time of driver B is .60, then driver a will win by .05.
Also as has been stated here many times these trucks are really tight when they are new and don't start running their best times until after you have at least 7,000 miles on them and if you baby it maybe more.

I was at Bandimere (Denver) Sunday for a truck meet. There were 3 L's running, the two stock ones were running 15.3 and the one with a PSP filter was doing 14.9. Chips were no where to be found! It was 95 degrees, no wind, black track, and about 5600' elevation. They were bracketing so these times look consistant with my bone-stock 14.99 at about 80 degrees.
