Post Another MAF option----->

Everyone,

I just received an email from APE, don't have any experience with them, but here is there message:

The New APE 1200 Mass Air Meter

The all new APE 1200 Mass Air meter has just been released. This meter
provides unbeatable accuracy in an all new meter made from heat
resistant black thermoplastic that is also lightweight. Unlike the
competition that uses hacked, and used electronics with unknown years
of operation everything on this meter is brand new, and made by the
same company that makes them for Ford.

Flows 1564 kg/hour of air, or 1200 CFM at STP, enough air to make over
600 hp.
Features a cone style re-cleanable, re-usable air filter that we warranty for
life.
It's plastic body will not conduct power robbing heat into your intake air.

All can be coordinated with a custom APE Chip to fit;
1989-2000 Mustangs and Cobras, and 86-88 Mustangs converted to
Mass Air
1994-2000 Ford trucks with Mass Air induction
1989-1998 T-Birds and Cougars.

Many other custom Ford applications are available as well, ask us about
your car if not sure.

Can be mounted in the engine bay, or fenderwell, on normally aspirated
or supercharged applications.

See more info including color photos, as well as order online at our
online catalog at;

Who is going to be the tester??????

Later,

Guys, Sal here. First off, I make this post as a regular guy, not as the owner of PSP. Stay away from APE. Aside from the fact that Matt has no clue whatsoever for Lightning tuning, he is not the kind of person you want to deal with. He's ripped a lot of people off, and I know very few people that have had happy experiances dealing with APE. I actually started out my "tuning" carreer working in conjunction with APE. Matt eventually screwed me out of a few thousand dollars (which I still have not seen), and left me high and dry. He also screwed over a lot of first gen Lightning mass air guys, who then turned to me for help undoing his screw ups.
