Best of the West Lfest...

Here it is...

For most of us out west, it is hard to make it to Lfest and other L gatherings. We now have our very own, (thanks to VNUMUS).

This is one weekend you do not want to miss. 11/24/2006 - 11/26/2006

All of the info can be found on the specific BOTWLfest website.

There is registration downloads, vendor opportunities, and detailed agenda information on the website, with only a few minor details still being worked out.

"Clear your calendars, spread the word, and lets rock this party," (VNUMUS)

I will keep you updated with any variations or updates as well.. Stan

UPDATE: All updates are going to start being posted in the SvtP California thread found here, and if you have any other questions, comments, or concerns feel free to refer them to that thread as well or you can email me at FordFanStan@aol.com... Thanks Stan

VNUMUS set this up mainly, and I believe this was the easiest weekend to get everything reserved. T-giving is on a thursday obviously, I dont see why not everyone would still want to attend on friday, sat, and sun? AirTroop, arent you the guy buddies with Jody who had the Turbo'd HD? Still have it? Sorry if this doesnt work out for everyone, but as I said I think it was the only weekend everything could be arranged... Stan

Steve, as of now there is no reserved track time, but VNUMUS is still working on that...

As fo now there is at least 160 reserved stalls in the parking area, but he has already received confirmed info from the city to use the street for additional parking if needed. For the optional Hooters cruise, there is confirmed reserved area for approx 150 they said. The regular rates at the hotel are $309 per night on the weekends plus $15 per day for parking and our rate is $338 for both nights, late check out on sunday, parking both days, plus the freebies, (t-shirt, window sticker, etc), so I consider it a killer deal...

Will keep you guys updated with all the info I receive.. Stan

Yep, just a ton of family will be in town thanksgiving weekend and could be hard for a lot of people to get out there... at least for me.

Yep, I'm buddies with Jody (camcojb).
Yep, I own the Turbo HD truck. Thanks to Jody, I got his Turbo kit and was able to step to the top and not have to wait for a turbo kit.

Was your HD at Dantes for a while? So how is that doing? VPRPWR has his new engine installed with his turbo setup, same as you, with the new DMP turbo cams, and 3500 stall but has to have his downpipe and intake refabbed and then break it in... Ive seen and heard his in person but Im anxious to take a ride in one already lol.... Stan

Yeah it was at Dante's for a weekend while she got new turbo cams and some better valve springs. Now its getting the fuel system bugs worked out as the downpipe and inlet redesign are now done. Then going to spend some time trying to figure out how to tune it. I'm jealous on that 3500 stall. His truck will launch hard!

Well, if I get down to this event, I'll give you a ride. I'm guessing that the dates are not going to work out for me though. Family has been good about all the time I spent on this thing. Gotta be around turkey weekend... plus... FOOTBALL!!!
