Is there a stock radio cd changer (in dash) plays MP3 fit in our L's?

Is there a stock radio cd changer (in dash) plays MP3 fit in our L's?
OK, I have spent the last two days using the search button. My mouse is worn out. 
I am looking for a STOCK radio from FORD that has a CD changer IN-DASH and will play MP3's. I've read that there are 2005/06 fusions that have this radio. It looks like it will fit, but I don't know if it will...
and will the plugs from my 99L fit a radio from a 2005 or have they changed them?
Anyone in the know will be doing me a big favor.

Oooo, you have a 99L?
The harness -may- be different, but I'm not sure.
2000+ the cabling is no problem...on a 1999-2001 you need to cut out some of the inside of the upper dash to get a 2-DIN unit in there, but the 2002+ had no issues.

not sure about the harness...which isn't a deal killer since you can always get diagrams and manually adjust the harness to work properly, but my 2005 Lariat came with a 6-disc in-dash MP3 CD player.
the Ford double din hasn't changed since your 99 to my knowledge.

Do you have the part number to that radio? I know I can 'get' the six disk changer to fit...
Anyone else: I know I can get the six disk changer to fit, but do the plugs line up on the deck that *will* play *MP3's*?
Thanks for all your help. This is giving me hope to keep my truck stock looking and have my MP3 disks.
