That link above is lost, I was able to find it using the SEARCH feature. I will cut and paste for you....

Well, after installing this pulley.I decided I wanted to remove it and replace it with the stock pulley.I figured since the pulley swap went so well,I figured it would be no problem.Me and a friend attempted to remove the ASP pulley, we realised that the flimsy aluminum puller started to bend. So now we knew we had a problem. We thought maybe the SVT was still warm so we let it cool down to let the metal contract. After repairing the puller we attempted to remove the pulley again...no luck the pulley was now starting to collapse onto itself. The pulley was now crushed against the blower snout, we were not able to rotate the blower by hand
We attempted to heat the pulley hoping it would expand enough to pull it off...no luck.
So, now we knew we were in serious trouble. After some planning we came up with 2 choices.
-Remove the blower and hope to find someone to press it off.
-Slowly cut away at the pulley.

We felt confident that we would be able to cut the pulley away. After a hour of prepping(hood off) the SVT for surgery all we had left was the blower snout exposed in the engine bay.We started with a Dremel tool slowly cutting chunks off.Now with the outside of the pulley cut away,we could work on were the problem is.We spent a hour and a half cutting away at the core of the pulley with a Dewalt 4.5 inch grinder . All said and done we were able to remove the ASP pulley in 7 pieces...yes 7.With alot of patience we able to do this without even knicking the blower with the grinder...Thank God.

The tolerences on the ASP pulley are way off. There is no reason for anyone to waste the money on this pulley. The craftmanship is SH*T, the metal is soft and flimsy.I am now out 300 dollars. ASP takes no responsibility in this.So at least I can share this information with all of you, before someone else makes this mistake.
By the way,the few of you that have installed the ASP pulley have you tried to remove it??

Hey Spiro, just curious on this one, you guys changed the pulley's without removing the snout? That must have been fun.

2000 Lightning (Red)
SHM Chip and Mass Air
SHM Blower Pulley
378.2 @ 5100 HP
445.0 @ 3600 ft-lb (before pulley)
Kill Count = 26 suckers picking rubber off their teeth.
