I don't think there's such a thing. I have a Casio QV3000 with the IBM 340 megabyte Microdrive; that's the biggest storage unit for a digital on the market right now, I'm pretty sure of that. All the other storage mediums are memory cards of 64 megs or less. My camera does record 30 second .avi file format movies. Other than that, you maybe need to look at a digital 8mm camcorder that takes stills. My camera cost $1000.00
Key in all your variables and it will show you what's available:

We recently purchased the Fuji 4700 digital camera. It's a 4.3 mega pixel (highest avail today) and takes awesome photos. The highest resolution for pictures is 2400x1800. It also takes 80 second .avi movies. it comes w/ a 16 meg card and we just bought a 32 meg card. W/ the 32 meg card I can take 99 pictures in the Medium setting at 1280x960. Check out some pix of my truck, the first 5 or so were taken w/ non-digital reg. camera

Not to discount your 4700 camera. But, be very careful about the rating on this camera, the 4.3 is not a true resolution, but an interpolated resolution. The 4700 is a true 2.3 megapixel camera.

Try this link. It reviews many digital cams. I have a Sony FD-71(easy to use) but I long for a Nikon Coolpix 950 or 990.

Actually, I believe the Fuju S1 Pro is the highest resolution camera available today, 6.1 megapixels, but it is in the $4000 range and does not take motion at all.
The Sony DCR-PC100 would appear to have the features you are seeking, but we are talking about $2000 here. I really like this camera, and would strongly consider getting one myself if I hadn't bought a different model recently.
Canon just introduced a new camcorder, I don't remember the model name, supposedly with enhanced still picture capability, but you have to research that on your own. If I wanted a digital camcorder with good still capabilites I believe I'd spring for the Sony.
