Innovate Motorsports Wideband A/F Gauge HELP!!

Hiya Everyone! I went with a Wideband Innovate Motorsports, I have attatched a few pics for you guys!

I have the XD-16 with the LC-1 Cable. Great Product!
Anyways, for those of you who have one, please help!!

It works great, but when I try to customize it, it doesn't seem to reconize the serial port that is plugged into it. I have the software installed on the laptop, I plug the provided cable into the back of the laptop (Serial Port) and plug the female end into the adapter in the back of the XD-16 but it doesn't seem to reconize it.

I've posted on the Innovate Forums, but haven't gotten a reply, I was hoping someone could chime in here!
Thanks in Advance!

Try rebooting your laptop with it plugged in. I had a problem similar to that trying to download my sct tunes.

What is the price of these?

I got it for $399 from a shop in Michigan. I am going to try that now! Thanks!

But the kit I got was the Wideband Stand Alone kit which included the XD-16, LC-1 and all the other good chit!

If you wanted to just buy the XD-16 (Gauge) It runs 229.00, the reason why I know this, is my dumb *** accidently ordered it thinking it was the stand alone kit! LOL
