Post Proper fix for 'Clonk on front suspension'

I have the same problem as a lot of you guys have posted, the bolt holding my bottom wishbone offside, nearest the oil filter is moving. I have noticed that my truck wanders as the camber/ tracking has now been effected. Is there a proper fix for this, I have heard that some are welding and some are putting star bolts in. This to me does not seem to be the ideal solution, I have faxed SVT with no answer. Does anydody have the answer!
I have my truck in England so it is difficult to take it to my local dealer, as they do not understand F150's.
If anybody has taken there truck to a dealer for the fix, and it is now corrected I would be most obliged to know what was done............thanks in advance
