Post Thoughts On The Best Hard Tonneau Cover??

I am in the market for a hard tonneau cover and was needing some advice on which one to buy. I want something low profile. I noticed an ad in Truckin that advertised the Slim Top for $345.00. Has anyone seen this top or know anything about it? Also I noticed that most of these hard tonneau covers come in gloss black, since my truck is silver do you think it would look alright staying black or would it look better painted silver to match my truck?

Thumbs up

If I were you, the only hard cover choices that I would make are SungTop or LoPro, depending on whether or not you wanted the side molding on the bed to show. Both are quality products. BTW, I know that some of y'all have other covers that you like and I didn't intend this to be a flame of any kind. It just seems that the 2 that I mentioned are the most common choices by L owners.

Hankfan,
I have a ******** low profile lid on my truck and I am exceptionally pleased with the fit and quality. However, these lids aren't cheap but you get what you pay for.
Check out their website (Gaylordslids.com)
and check out the model called X-2000. It's
the best out there.
