My second oil change is coming up fast (3000 miles). I'm going to be switching to Mobil 1 synthetic this weekend and I got to wondering about the tranny fluid. I heard that it comes from the factory with synthetic? Any truth to this rumor? I know the pumpkin is filled with synthetic at the factory. I figure if you switch to synthetic in the tranny you can reap all the benefits (reduced friction, runs cooler, etc etc). Anyone know if it already has synthetic?

 

Ok did the oil change. Still wondering about the tranny fluid. Anyone know?
