Sorry. Just messing with my signature. As y'all may or may not know, there will be no Fightin' Texas Aggie Bonfire in the year 2000 or 2001, so I had to adjust my signature accordingly. It will, however, return in 2002 as a completely restructured and engineer-led event. This is truly a sad day for me, as well countless other Ags who look foward to the Fall semester every year for one reason and one reason alone. I've been through so many different emotions today; it seems as if I'm lost a member of the family. I know that this is not the outcome that any of those lost in the tragedy last year want, but this outcome is probably the best compromise that Dr. Bowen can make and I stand behind his decision, even if I personally don't agree. All I can do now is hope and pray that the logs that remain from Bonfire 1999 will be BURNED, as they were meant to be when they were cut.
