Johnny ,We talked about this a while back ,Were you able to get extra o2 bungs factory installed ,for wide band users. I'll be calling in my order shortly.

The purpose of this thread was to do exactly what its doing!..Give myself and Bassani some feed back good and bad! Thats all good! And i invite all the negative and positive feed back..Keep in mind tho this system is WAY more expensive to build/design than any other system out there.Some have asked how hard is it to install? There is no other like it! Its a Breeze! The tubes are all Marked individual tubes!. I'm serious its the most easiest LTH set up ive ever seen to install!..You also get High flow cats,plus cat eliminator pipes,plugs to plug off the 02 bungs, 02 extenders,the front 02 bungs are on the front of the cats/eliminators. so all we have to do is simply rotate the cat/eliminator to make installing the 02's simple. We will be offering the kit with NO cats! This will bring the price down alot! Maybe another $150.00 off making it $2149.99.. I'm going to talk to darrell tomorow and see if we can maybe take an additional $100.00 off the system making it $2199.99! with out cats $2049.99..I'm doing my best to offer tthe community what i believe is the Very Best in Quality/Performance for as cheap as we can.Remember we have to have (dealer pricing) which will cut into the profits also. Were very close to finalizing the pricing. Looks like we might be able to offer the Headers alone for under a Grand! $995.00..this includes the gaskets,bolts,Headers.egr tube..Thats very cheap..For this type of a set-up..Also for those who are wondering if this set-up will work if you have minimum mods? Yes it will and Plus you'll [/]NEVER [/B]]have to buy another LTH Set-up Again!Also the more mods you add in the future the more power you'll make! The muffler is 304 stainless the rest 439 stainless All Backed up by Bassani Life Time Warranty!... JL

Not Much Whip! I personally thought they were going to be made out of a High Tensil Strength Alluminum with a inner wall thickness of .500" Lined out of Bronze with a High melting point of around 900*..Oh well what do i know?... JL

 

I would never PAY for a (T439) bassani again !

T304 = good
T439 = VERY BAD

here is bassani T439 after two years if you dont live in socal, or consider driving anytime but the summer...I must add Bassani did right on their warranty and replaced my entire system at ZERO cost to me other than sending my old exhaust back to them. For that I do give them credit.


if the ENTIRE system is T304 I would consider it

 

Man Guy where do you drive the Salt Flats?.. You will see tho that its just surface its not going thru the pipes,I personally think your system had some issues with the metal. because i have seen hundreds of bassani systems that look like new 3 years later!.But thanx for your honesty, The bottom line was that Bassani replaced it for FREE!... Now thats what i'm talking about!... JL

 

This was the second set, in fact only 1 and 1/2 years old....the first set was worse....the current set (3rd in 4 years) i coated with BBQ grill paint....exhausts just should not be made from anything of lesser quality than T304 especially for the premium bassani price
