I have a 93 bought new in my current stable. I may get around to a restoration, or race project with it in the near future.
Right now it is retired from daily duty after racking uo over 180K miles.

Sorry to derail your thread, but seeing as it is so hard to find gen I owners on here, I will take the opportunity to ask a question to you guys.

I read that the gen I trucks were lowered 1" in front and 2.5" in rear compared to a common F150. Does anyone know how SVT achieved this drop, especially in the rear? Did they use lowered leaf springs to get the 2.5" drop?

Any help is greatly appreciated!
