Question on Kenne Bell

Will a KB off a 04 fit a 99? My buddy is in the market and there is a KB on Ebay right now, but it is off a 99? THX

I think all KBs are drilled for early or late bolt patterns. Ask the seller if there are 10 holes drilled for mounting. If there are, it will fit all years.
