Bilstein Shocks?

My truck has 63K miles on it and my wife's 03 Lightning seems to ride more firmer. Is it because my Bilstein shocks are worn out? They don't look like they are leaking but her L does ride stiffer like a new car.

unlikely...

The '03 has stiffer leaf springs in back and that makes the ride stiffer.
if you look the rear of the '03 is higher than yours. the '03 also has a higher payload capacity in the bed.

Are you sure that the springs are stiffer, or do they just have more arch?
