Hello all,

I am in the mood to lower my 03 L...I would like to lower it 2" in the front and 3" in the rear... I want to keep the stock rake bu just on a lower level...what would be the easiest way to accomplish this as well as te cheapest?....thanks!

 

You can either get yourself a drop kit or get rear leafs from an 01' and get yourself a pair of 2 in. drop shackles for the rear. For the front a set of drop springs will do

 

DO you have a link on how to install one?....

Could it be done at home with normal hand tools...I mean me and my dad have about every normal tool known to man...can it be done with normal tools? About how long should it take and how hard? thanks!

 

I plan on lowering my 99 1-2 inches in the front, but is there a bolt that has to be replaced??

 

I cut a coil, took out a leaf and put in 2'' shackles and got around a 2/3 or 2/4 drop.

Would that be an '01 L, or any F150? I'm curious about this too, since I have an '04.
