I had the single muffler Magnaflow and then later the dual muffler Bassani. The Bassani was quieter in the truck, noticeably so, at least on my truck. I have not heard a Borla.

Thats why I went with the Bassani, Mark at LFP was a big help in my selection. Also had the best price by quite a bit I got the all stainless system. It was also here in NY in 3 days. Artie

A lot of opinions here... Well the quietest is the one I have. It's a bit louder than stock but not much. Idle is noticably louder, but once your moving at hwy speed it's less than the others mentioned so far.

Is that a catback system or just mufflers and if so which ones?

This is EXACTLY the setup I have right now. Had a MAC catback with the stock manifolds and stock cats = WAY too loud for me. Now I have Dynatech LT's and high flow cats with the stock catback and its barely louder than stock. And I mean barely! Now its not loud enough(go figure). I'm definately looking into other catback options now.

Really? Almost? The Maggy single muffler is actually louder than the Bassani dual muffler catback?

Borla with the rear cats removed is exactly what you want, not loud when cruising but roars when wot. I have this setup and it's perfect.
