PSP Service
Just so people know, I am trying to make some major changes for PSP. While it is my side business, I am trying to build it to a full time operation. This has, and will continue to be a slow process, but by the end of the year I hope to be doing this full time. For now, I am going to try to cut my regular Ford tech job back to part time, to concentrate more on PSP. More time here means I have more time to produce current stock, as well as more time to work on new products, that I have been putting of due to time constraints. Also, to help eliminate people waiting forever for return calls, Lisa will now be handling most of the phone correspondance. Please be courtious to her; if you have technical questions for me, she will take them down and get back to you with my answers. One thing that I do ask, is that people either leave a phone message OR an E-mail. Please do not do both if possible, as this will make it harder to keep up. Customer service is one of my top priorites, and the long wait times for return calls as well as long wait times for filter kits, bothers me to no end. Those here who know me personally know this to be true. I am extremely happy with the positive feedback for my products, and those who have waited extended amounts of time for filter kits have stated that the wait was worth it. But that is not acceptable to me; I want people to feel that way about my products without having to wait. So all that I ask is that my customers be patient as PSP grows. You will not be disapointed with your products, and the more customer support I recieve, the more I can put back into developing great stuff for our trucks. Remember, I'm an owner just like everyone else. I have been and am often still on the customer's side of the fence. I believe in producing quality products, and offering them at the best prices I can.
On a side note, I would like to let Steve know that I am not trying to blatently use the forum for business use with this post. I am making this general post to try to cut down on the posts directed towards this topic

Wow! Bravo, Sal. I'm glad to hear of the change, and will definitely support your business, and Steve's website with my continued patronage. Both are very valuable for us all.

Well said Sal. It's not often that people like you who own their own business, take the time out to answer all our questions. Glad to hear that your are going part time at Ford ( This can only mean more go fast goodies for our L's). Good luck in your growing business.

That's great news Sal. I for one have been waiting for you to catch up with your filter kits.
Hopefully you will see this and answer one question for me. I seem to have an extremely slow 00-L. Average 1/4 mile time is 15.5 seconds. Before I spend a lot of money on mod's that may only make it about as fast as the average stock 00-L, I am going to take it back to the dealer to see if they can find any thing wrong. Question for you is, if my truck came to your dealer, what are some of the things you would check?
