Installed A 9" Pulley + 6lbs Of Boost
Wow, what have I missed saince I moved to SVTP. You guys are deff beind the curve. First off, a 6lb lower will bump a otherwise stock SVTL to the 400/500 club with just a New or Revised Predator, and with a custom tune, your numbers can grow even higher. 430whp is the high side avg I have seen. You guys should know this. Now we all know that the Predator sucked at first, with the timing at 16-17, and the A/F way to lean, it was very aggressive, but the last 2 revisions for the Predator are incredable. And VERY safe. A/F ratios are common in the low 11.s high 10.s, with a max avd of 15*, very conservative tunes. A updated revised Predator is not going to blow up your motor unless your an idiot and do a WOT kick down from O/D at 60-80mph in 40*F weather, and race it to 140mph, then your gonna vent your block. But that is no different then doing the same thing with a custom tune you got in 70-80*F weather. I run 12.9s on F1s, and guess what guys, just the Predator 93oct, 14lbs max boost, 90mm MAF Tune.
JFYI, I still can't weight to get a dyno tune, I'm real ritch right now, thiers alot more power to be had for this truck, and still be safe.

1. Northern Ohio? C'mon up to Detroit we have 3 tuners known throughout the world.
2. 6# too much for stock? News to me, I have a 6# with almost every bolt on mod you can imagine except nitrous.

DO YOU THINK A 6LB BOOST IS TOO MUCH FOR A STOCK ENGINE?
