Yawn........Yawn...... I know your bored with this topic, and i have read so much on them that I am on the verge of ordering the full 9 yards. I would just like to here from those who have the full kit installed.

1. I have the full Monty system.
2. Basically, I like it except I have had some leakage problems that make a lot of noise in the cab. The install seems to be fairly straightforward, but is clearance critical to avoid leaks at the various connecting points.
3. Considering the above mentioning of leaks, it is definitely noisy in my particular Moby. Neat at idle, good as you move up through the rpm range and blow your neighbors doors off from about 4K revs on up.
I mentioned about 3 months ago that I revved mine up in a parking lot to let another Lightning owner hear it and set off the car alarm in the car next to me.
4. As to performance, have not done any measured testing, but it feels stronger in the mid to upper RPM range. I am now running a first generation Superchips chip and a PSP filter, and the performance is more than I really need. I cannot attribute my Moby's performance profile to any specific mod, but when I take off sort of medium gentle and then hit the throttle to the floor and get sideways in second, I think I have an interesting combination. Also scares the hell out of the soccer moms in their minivans!!
5. As to the cost of the full Bassani system versus leaving off the headers, I'm really not sure. I just figured in for a penny, in for a pound and got the complete system. If I can get rid of some of the in the cab noise, I would be completely satisfied.
Hope this helps.
