Sorry, I forgot this board does post your email add.

r454g@eriecoast.com

Actualy, last year I sent them 2 customers, 1 from Chicago, another from Florida. They promissed me a SVT sweatshirt for that, and I'm still waiting. I would appreciate if you would drop me a line if you deal with them. If they aren't taking good care of you I won't go out of my way to send them any more business. You should contact Mike Thomas at Mullinax Ford (440)585-8000. Tell him Russ sent you and you expect a good deal. Oh, if you can't make a good deal let me know too, I can supply a few more contacts for good deals. Thanks, Russ

Post Want a deal on new Lightning?

The dealer I bought mine from has 6 right now. 2 black, 2 red, 1 white, 1 silver and more on the way this week. They will A-plan, and are very willing to deal. I got my 99 for $27,895. E-mail me for contact name and number. They currently have them marked for 31k, but he sounded very egar to move them.

Cool

FASTBOLT: If you edit your post once, don't change anything, that pic will show. Just click on "edit" icon of your message, put in name and password, submit. All these UBB's work like that in the signature except for the very newest version.

Talking

Hey Russ
I've talked with Mike Thomas and a deal is in the works for a L for my dad. Thanks for the contact, and YES I did mention your name to him! Hopefully everything works out.

Thanks again

5k Lbs. w/o breaking a sweat. I've done it, towing my 71 Challenger R/T home from Oklahoma. Actual trailer/car weight was 5561 lbs (found a truck stop with scales on I-35). I even had the opportunity to smack an S-10 around who thought he could take advantage of the situation, such a silly boy!

Unhappy

Hey Russ
Sorry, Things didn't work out with Mike T. He apparently wanted to get rid of what he had and not find (or sell)what was wanted.

Where'd you get the info on the towing cap, FS? That's what the magazine articles said, but I don't see anything in my owner's manual that suggests that the cap is any different than any other f150 5.4 2wd. The reason I ask is that my new boat should come in a lot closer the 6000 lbs. than 5000.

Sorry to hear that PFA. What are you looking for? I'll be at a few dealers the next few days and will see if I can find what you want.
