Have Sals Chip and Filter and 3.73 gears on order, cant wait.

Some good points in there, but there is a mistake in it. He starts out right on the money, but when explaining acceleration with torque he forgot about time. The easiest way to show the mistake made here is the fact that he basicaly said a car would accelerate based on it's torque curve. Acceleration is change in speed divided by time. I.E. 0-60 in 4 seconds is twice as much acceleration than 0-60 in 8 seconds. Torque by definition has no element of time, so there is no way to equate torque to acceleration. But we can equate HP to acceleration because it does have an element of time. A car will arguably accelerate following it's HP curve.
