I just called a shop here in Dallas and was quoted about $355 for 2 3-chamber 50-series Flowmasters. He said that the mufflers were $130 each. Then said that he would have to add some pipe to reach the tips after he cuts the original muffler off. $335 total. Still sounds high.

Pritch,
It sounds high to me,but what do I know? I'm still searchin for a place near me that will do it w/o tearin me a new orifice. I figured this would be an nice easy mod to get done,tell them what I want,the give me a price I like and ta-da! It's done. No such luck yet.
