Question about non SVT dealers

Question about non SVT dealers
Thought maybe someone could help me with this!
My buddy at the Ford dealer (Non SVT) says he can do a dealer buy for a brand new Lightning and then sell it to me cheap. Is this really a possiblity or no?
If it is then everything would revolve around what an SVT dealer would let it go for to his dealership.

Ford this year said that an SVT dealership cannot sell an SVT product to a non-SVT store.
Even if they could sell to a non-SVT why would they sell it to them cheap.
It costs a dealership $10,000.00 a year to be an SVT dealership. They have to make that back on profit from SVT sales.
