Cool

Coy -

I love pie. Those R/T guys really need to lighten up over there at FvC. You would think that a guy that buys an R/T and thinks it can beat a Lightning would have a really good sense of humor. Glad you enjoyed it.

Those guys have no sense of humor at all....How can you mistake a lightning for a stock F150? that one guy must be blind over there as well!

Cool

I saw a regular 'ol F-150 yesterday, but it had some SVT stickers on the side and tailgate. Poser! I would have loved to pull up to him and show the one and only SVT F-150! There IS a difference

Some of us have been doing battle with a few members of the Dodge crowd for some time now. they always return to the same two points: "If we spent $7,000 in mods we would beat you"...not !! And my favorite; "You wait until I make the following mods to my R/T then I will hand you your head on a platter" bla bla bla bla......I forget who said it, but they said it best, "If it's not YOUR R/T beating MY Lightning, then who cares." I posted a race between my nearly stock Lightning and a heavily modded R/T here in Fresno about 6 months back. It was not even close, and that was with his blower, free-flow exhaust, chip, etc etc etc...And his excuse to the large crowd was his choice of fuel for the night...........damn that Chevron, don't they know R/T's puke when they eat their crappy gas.......................course, we both gassed up at the same station......go figure. By the way, I like pie too................

ZorPrime, your right, they are a goofy bunch. I can honestly say I have never seen one run any faster, although I'm quite sure there are a few. Heck, at least they did not drag up that crap about the Mopar muscle history. They love that argument line, because it is true, Mopar does have a history of producing massive horsepower for street cars, but that was twenty five years ago. Hell, I had hair then..........................."And God said, let here be toupes for rich bald men, and Ronko spray-on hair for the poor"..........

A dodge R/T raced me the other day, I didn't know it was a race until he told me at the next light?!?

Me: we’re racing?

Me: When?

R/T from the last light!

Me: we where?

OK go time, bam off I go and nothing.....

He must be busy posting that he killed me on the Internet.
