Hey all, I'm a Ford Tech in central IL, called hotline today to get the skinny on the gear change/speedo recal, they told me that it can be done with the NGS/WDS, but will only accept up to the 3.73 ratio, for the 4.10s you either have to get a chip or change the processor. Also asked about the dreaded lower control arm pop, they told me to remove the arm, clean the undercoating off the bushings and frame, then use a external star washer on both sides, personally i'll probably just tac-weld the flat washer, and recheck the align.
